The Board: (1) Shall adopt regulations for the licensure and practice of music therapy; (2) Shall adopt a code of ethics for the practice of music therapy; and (3) May facilitate the statewide dissemination of music therapy information to music therapists, the American Music Therapy Association or any successor organization, and the Certification Board for Music Therapists or any successor organization.
