The Board shall reinstate a general license to practice dentistry, a teacher’s license to practice dentistry, a general license to practice dental hygiene, or a teacher’s license to practice dental hygiene that is expired only if the licensee: (1) Meets the renewal and reinstatement requirements set by rule and regulation of the Board; and (2) Pays to the Board a reinstatement fee set by the Board.
