Section 4-603 - Practice Limitations

(a) Except as otherwise provided by law, a licensed dentist may not practice dentistry: (1) Under a name other than the name of the licensee; (2) As a business entity; or (3) Under the name of a business entity. (b) A licensed dentist may practice, under the name of the licensee, as an employee of a health maintenance organization that is certified by the State Insurance Commissioner. (c) A licensed dentist may practice, under the name of the licensee, as a member of a limited liability company.
