Section 4-604 - Reports of Felony or Crime Involving Moral Turpitude

The clerk of each district and circuit court shall: (1) Report to the Board each conviction of or entry of a plea of guilty or nolo contendere by a dentist or a dental hygienist for any felony or crime involving moral turpitude; and (2) Submit the report within 10 working days of the conviction or entry of the plea.
