(a) A majority of the members then serving on the Board is a quorum. (b) The Board shall determine the times and places of its meetings. (c) A member of the Board: (1) Is entitled to compensation in accordance with the budget of the Board; and (2) Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses at a rate determined by the Board. (d) The Board may employ a staff in accordance with the budget of the Board.
