Section 7-302 - Mortician and Funeral Director License

(a) (1) An individual shall be licensed by the Board before the individual may practice mortuary science in this State. (2) A mortician license issued under this title authorizes the licensee to practice mortuary science while the license is effective. (b) (1) An individual shall be licensed by the Board before the individual may practice funeral direction in this State. (2) A funeral director license issued under this title authorizes the licensee to practice funeral direction while the license is effective.
