(a) Unless the Board agrees to accept the surrender of a license, a licensed registered nurse, licensed practical nurse, or holder of a temporary license may not surrender the license. (b) The Board may require terms and conditions on an agreement with the licensee to accept surrender of the license. (c) An agreement to accept the surrender of a license is a final order of the Board and is a public record.
