§ 8-6c-14

To apply for a license, an applicant shall: (1) Submit to a criminal history records check in accordance with § 8–303 of this title; (2) Submit to the Board: (i) An application on the form that the Board requires; and (ii) Written, verified evidence that the requirement of item (1) of this subsection is being met; and (3) Pay to the Board a fee set by the Board.
