§ 8-6d-04

To apply for a license, an applicant shall: (1) Submit to a criminal history records check in accordance with § 8–303 of this title; (2) Submit to the Board: (i) An application on the form that the Board requires, including a current address; (ii) Written, verified evidence that the requirement of item (1) of this section is being or has been met; and (iii) Written, verified evidence of satisfying the requirements in § 8–6D–03(b) of this subtitle; and (3) Pay to the Board a fee set by the Board as required in § 8–6D–05 of this subtitle.
