A person may not: (1) Sell or fraudulently obtain or furnish or aid in selling or fraudulently obtaining or furnishing a license issued under Subtitle 3 of this title; (2) Practice as a nursing home administrator under any license unlawfully or fraudulently obtained or unlawfully issued; (3) Sell or fraudulently obtain or furnish or aid in selling or fraudulently obtaining or furnishing a license issued under Subtitle 3A of this title; or (4) Practice as an assisted living manager under any license unlawfully or fraudulently obtained or unlawfully issued.
