Section 4-1103 - Use of Grant

A nonprofit organization may use an operating assistance grant for predevelopment, operating, and overhead costs, including: (1) staff costs; (2) organizational costs; and (3) for a grant under § 4-1102 of this subtitle, costs relating to applying for loans or helping individuals to apply for loans.
