Section 4-710 - Factors in Reviewing Applications

In reviewing an application for a loan or grant, the Department shall consider: (1) the needs of the beneficiaries of the proposed lead hazard reduction activity; (2) the capacity of the applicant to repay a loan; (3) the overall public benefit; (4) the impact on the surrounding neighborhood or community; and (5) any other factor that the Department finds relevant.
