// EFFECTIVE UNTIL SEPTEMBER 30, 2025 PER CHAPTER 583 OF 2021 // (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Fund' means the Passive House Pilot Program Fund. (c) 'Passive house' means a building that: (1) is constructed or upgraded using the Passive House Institute methodology; and (2) meets the Passive House Standard criteria. (d) 'Passive House Standard' means an international building standard developed by the Passive House Institute. (e) 'Program' means the Passive House Pilot Program.
