Section 7-404 - False Statements or Reports

(a) (1) A person may not knowingly make or cause to be made a false statement or report in a document that is required to be submitted under this title. (2) A person may not knowingly make or cause to be made a false statement or report to influence the action of the Department in connection with this title. (b) A person who violates this title is subject to civil liability and to a civil penalty not exceeding $1,000,000.
