Section 13-109 - Purchases by Annapolis Authority

(a) The Annapolis Authority shall adopt purchasing provisions that conform to the Code of the City of Annapolis. (b) All purchases by the Annapolis Authority that are not specifically regulated by federal procurement requirements shall be made: (1) as provided by the provisions adopted under this section; or (2) as approved by federal authorities.
