Section 10-304 - Executive Director; Liaisons

(a) (1) An Executive Director shall serve as the principal staff of the Interagency Committee. (2) The Executive Director shall be an employee of the Department. (b) Each member of the Interagency Committee listed in § 10-302(a)(1) through (7) of this subtitle shall designate an employee as liaison with the Executive Director to: (1) implement policies of the Interagency Committee; and (2) monitor the expenditure of funds to serve seniors.
