Section 5-203 - Executive Director

(a) The Executive Director is the head of the Administration. (b) With the approval of the Governor, the Secretary shall appoint the Executive Director. (c) The Executive Director serves at the pleasure of the Secretary. (d) The Executive Director is entitled to the compensation provided in the State budget.
