Section 5-321 - Future Amendment or Repeal of Subtitle

(a) Any assistance granted under this subtitle is subject to future amendment or repeal of this subtitle. (b) A recipient is not entitled to compensation if the recipient’s assistance is affected by amendment or repeal of this subtitle.
