Section 7-107 - Deputy Secretary

(a) With the approval of the Governor, the Secretary shall appoint a deputy secretary. (b) The deputy secretary shall be an individual with a disability, if the Secretary is not an individual with a disability. (c) The deputy secretary: (1) serves at the pleasure of the Secretary; and (2) is entitled to the compensation provided in the State budget.
