Section 8-306 - Strategic Plan to Raise Revenue

(a) On or before January 1, 2018, the Prince George’s County Local Management Board shall: (1) develop and implement a strategic plan to raise revenues to match the total funding provided by the Governor’s Office of Crime Prevention, Youth, and Victim Services; and (2) submit the strategic plan to: (i) the County Executive of Prince George’s County; (ii) the County Council of Prince George’s County; (iii) the Prince George’s County Senate Delegation of the General Assembly; and (iv) the Prince George’s County House Delegation of the General Assembly. (b) On or before January 1 each year, the Prince George’s County Local Management Board shall submit a report on the total revenue received in the previous fiscal year and the total revenue from each source to: (1) the County Executive of Prince George’s County; (2) the County Council of Prince George’s County; (3) the Prince George’s County Senate Delegation of the General Assembly; and (4) the Prince George’s County House Delegation of the General Assembly.
