Section 9-208 - Employees -- in General

In cooperation with the Secretary of Budget and Management, the Secretary shall: (1) set minimum salaries, qualifications, and standards of training and experience for the positions in the Department; and (2) for employees who desire training in addition to in-service training and whose service records show merit, provide: (i) educational subsidies, scholarships, and stipends; and (ii) institutes, conferences, and classes.
