Section 10-107 - Examinations -- in General

(a) An individual applicant may not be required to take an examination that relates to any kind of insurance other than as requested by the applicant. (b) If an individual applicant requests, the examination shall be administered to allow the applicant to be tested in more than one kind of insurance in one day. (c) An individual applicant for an examination specified in this subtitle or Subtitle 2 or Subtitle 4 of this title shall pay the fee required under this article in the manner specified by the Commissioner.
