Section 10-214 - Information Required by Commissioner

(a) The Commissioner at any time may require a licensee to provide information that the Commissioner considers necessary about the business methods, policies, contracts, or transactions of the licensee. (b) Within 10 days after receiving a written request for information under this section, the licensee shall provide the Commissioner with the information in the form that the Commissioner requires.
