(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Health care provider' means a chiropractor, dentist, hospital, optometrist, pharmacist, physician, podiatrist, or psychologist. (c) 'Health care services' means chiropractic, dental, hospital, medical, optometric, pharmaceutical, podiatric, or psychological services.
