(a) In addition to any requirement of this article and to the extent not inconsistent with this article, a workers’ compensation insurance policy is subject to Titles 9 and 10 of the Labor and Employment Article. (b) In addition to any requirement of this article and to the extent not inconsistent with this article, a motor vehicle liability insurance policy is subject to the Maryland Vehicle Law.
