Section 3-1310 - Violations by Employee

(a) An employee may not in bad faith: (1) file a complaint with the Commissioner alleging a violation of this subtitle; (2) bring an action under § 3–1308 of this subtitle; or (3) testify in an action under § 3–1308 of this subtitle. (b) An employee who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000.
