(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Board' means a board of arbitration formed under this subtitle to settle a labor dispute. (c) 'Commissioner' means the Commissioner of Labor and Industry. (d) 'Mediation Service' means the State Mediation and Conciliation Service.
