(a) In this Part II of this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Challenged ballot' means the ballot of an individual whose eligibility to vote in a consent election is challenged. (c) 'Petition' means a petition for permission to enter into an agreement under which the Mediation Service will conduct a consent election.
