(a) (1) The proposed budget of the Division of Labor and Industry shall include an appropriation from the Workers’ Compensation Commission to cover the cost of administering this title. (2) The Workers’ Compensation Commission shall pay the cost of administering this title from money that the Commission receives under § 9-316 of this article. (b) The Commissioner shall have the power and authority to receive and accept any grant of money from the federal government or any of its agents or units that Congress appropriates under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.
