Section 7-203 - Miscellaneous Powers and Duties

(a) In addition to any powers set forth elsewhere, the Commissioner: (1) may accept from any source a grant to carry out this title; and (2) to administer or enforce this title, may certify to official acts. (b) In addition to any duties set forth elsewhere, the Commissioner shall keep a central public registry of all licensed farm labor contractors.
