Section 8-1205 - Modifications to Work Sharing Plan

(a) An approved work sharing plan may be modified if the modification meets the requirements for approval under § 8-1204 of this subtitle and the Secretary approves the modification. (b) An employing unit may add an employee to a work sharing plan under this section when the employee has been continuously on the payroll for 3 months. (c) An approved modification of a work sharing plan may not change its expiration date.
