Section 8-221 - Work Relief or Work Training Program

Employment is not covered employment if performed: (1) as part of an unemployment work relief or work training program assisted or financed wholly or partly by a unit of the federal government or a political subdivision or unit of a state; and (2) by an individual who receives the work relief or work training.
