Section 9-1104 - Disclosure of Information

(a) An employee of the Commission may not disclose to any person other than a member of the Commission any information that the employee obtains about the business, property, or transactions of another. (b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction: (1) is subject to a fine not exceeding $500 or imprisonment not exceeding 18 months; and (2) is disqualified from appointment to or employment by the Commission.
