(a) Subject to the provisions of this section, the Commission may waive any requirements of this subtitle for a rehabilitation practitioner who applies for registration to provide vocational rehabilitation services. (b) The Commission may grant a waiver under this section only if the applicant provides vocational rehabilitation services to less than three covered employees in a given year. (c) Any other waiver that is granted shall be in accordance with regulations approved by the Commission.
