Section 9-739 - Record, Statement in Place of Record, or Stipulation

(a) A certified copy of the record of the proceedings of the Commission, including any transcript of testimony, a statement of facts in place of the record, or stipulations shall be filed with the circuit court in accordance with Title 7 of the Maryland Rules. (b) Subject to a final allocation of costs by the circuit court at the conclusion of the appeal, the cost of a certified copy of the record of the proceedings of the Commission, including a transcript of testimony, shall be paid: (1) if the court on its own initiative orders that a copy be filed, by the party that the court specifies in its order; or (2) unless the court orders otherwise, by the party that requests the copy.
