Ask AI about this
When, on appeal, compensation is awarded by an affirmance, modification, or reversal of an order of the Commission, the covered employee is entitled to interest on the compensation awarded at 6% a year on each installment of compensation not paid as it: (1) becomes payable under the award of the Commission; or (2) would have become payable if the Commission had awarded the same amount of compensation when it passed the order from which the appeal is taken.
