(a) In addition to the judicial review provided under § 10–501 of this subtitle, the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore City may allow judicial review by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City of any matter arising under the planning and zoning laws of Baltimore City. (b) A judgment of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City under this section may be appealed to the Appellate Court of Maryland. (c) This section does not restrict any charter power or other power of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore City.
