Section 9-704 - Board of Appeals

(a) Notwithstanding § 4–302 of this article, the board of appeals consists of five regular members and one alternate member. (b) (1) The term of a member of the board of appeals is 3 years. (2) The terms of the members of the board of appeals shall be staggered. (3) At the end of a term, a member continues to serve until a successor is appointed and qualifies. (4) A member who is appointed after a term has begun serves only for the rest of the term and until a successor is appointed and qualifies.
