(a) The Montgomery County Council may designate a commissioner from that county to serve on a full–time basis as the chair or vice chair of the Commission. (b) With the approval of a majority of the members of the County Council, the County Executive of Prince George’s County may designate a commissioner from that county to serve on a full–time basis as the chair or vice chair of the Commission.
