Section 16-315 - Strikes

(a) Employees may not engage in a strike. (b) If a strike occurs, a court of competent jurisdiction may enjoin the strike on request of the Commission. (c) An employee may not receive compensation from the Commission while the employee is engaged in a strike. (d) (1) If an employee organization certified as an exclusive representative engages in a strike, the Labor Commissioner shall revoke its certification. (2) An employee organization that is decertified under paragraph (1) of this subsection or any other employee organization that engages in a strike is ineligible to be certified as an exclusive representative for 1 year after the end of the strike.
