The boundaries of the metropolitan district are the same as existed on October 1, 2012, with the exclusion of: (1) any property annexed into the City of Rockville, the City of Gaithersburg, or the Town of Washington Grove under Chapter 429 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 2007; and (2) the City of Greenbelt as it existed on July 1, 2016.
