Section 20-515 - Grading Permits

The county or a unit of the county responsible for issuing grading permits shall place conditions on a grading permit issued under Subtitle 4, Division 3 of the Prince George’s County Code (2007 Edition) if: (1) the permit involves at least 10 acres of land in the county portion of the regional district; and (2) the county or the unit finds there is or would be an adverse effect, as a result of noise or traffic, on the safety, health, or welfare of the residents in the immediate area of the land that is the subject of the grading permit.
