Section 20-705 - Recommendations

(a) The Commission or the county planning board may submit recommendations to any prior established municipal corporation regarding any planning or zoning action under consideration by the municipal corporation. (b) The prior established municipal corporation shall incorporate the recommendation of the Commission or the county planning board as a part of the record of the planning or zoning action.
