Section 22-106 - Prohibited Land Uses -- Limitations

(a) This section applies to property of: (1) a landowner; (2) the holder of an easement or right in the land of the landowner; and (3) the tenant of the landowner or of the holder of the easement or right in the land. (b) A district council may not prohibit the use of land subject to this section for: (1) farming or other agricultural uses; or (2) in Prince George’s County, storage of natural or artificial gas at more than 500 feet below ground level.
