(a) The People’s Zoning Counsel or any party of record may request the continuance of a hearing in accordance with this section. (b) The zoning hearing examiner shall grant a continuance if a required technical staff report has not been filed at least 30 days before the scheduled hearing. (c) If a continuance is granted under this section, the zoning hearing examiner may not hear the case for at least 30 days after the technical staff report is filed.
