The county, by local law, may provide for: (1) the revitalization and redevelopment activities of the Commission in the county, including: (i) the organization or management of any revitalization or redevelopment activities of the Commission; and (ii) consolidation of Commission activities with the redevelopment authority of the county; and (2) the management and marketing of enterprise operations by the Commission in the county, including consolidation of Commission activities with the revenue authority of the county.
