Section 1-1431 - Enforcement of Rights and Duties

(a) A bondholder, a holder of any coupons attached to bonds, or a trustee under a trust agreement securing the bonds may sue: (1) to protect and enforce rights under State law or a trust agreement; and (2) to enforce and compel the performance of duties by an authority or its officer, employee, or agent that this subtitle or a trust agreement requires, including imposing rates, rents, fees, and charges that the trust agreement requires to be imposed.
