Section 4-101 - Definitions

(a) In this title the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) 'Municipal charter' means a charter adopted under Article XI–E of the Maryland Constitution and a local law enacted by the General Assembly relating to the incorporation, organization, government, or affairs concerning administration and services of a municipality. (c) 'Qualified voter' means an individual authorized under a municipal charter to vote in elections in the municipality.
