Section 16-106 - Budget and Fiscal Policies; Purchasing Laws

The budget and fiscal policies and purchasing laws of a county govern: (1) the county board of elections; (2) the State’s Attorney’s office in the county; (3) the sheriff’s office in the county; (4) the county board of alcoholic beverages license commissioners; and (5) except for the office of a clerk of court, the circuit court of the county.
