(a) This part does not impair the rights of Prince George’s County or the City of Bowie to contract with each other for the provision of stormwater management. (b) This part does not impair the rights of Prince George’s County or the City of Takoma Park to contract with each other, or with other parties, for the provision of stormwater management.
